The Snowfall will proceed to fall at FX: The important cable group has renewed the ’80s-set drug drama for Season 4, it was launched on Tuesday on the Television Critics Affiliation summer season season press tour.
The gathering — created by the late John Singleton, Eric Amadio and Dave Andron — stars Damson Idris as youthful L.A. drug vendor Franklin Saint and may return in 2020. The third season is presently airing Wednesdays at 10/9c, with Episode 5 slated for tomorrow night.
“Snowfall has continued its creative leap forward this season with the exhausting work and contributions of John Singleton and the smart effectivity of Damson Idris,” FX co-president of distinctive programming Nick Grad acknowledged in an announcement. “We’re grateful to [executive producers] Dave Andron, Thomas Schlamme, Michael London, Trevor Engelson and Walter Mosley for honoring John’s legacy by their dedication to developing on the artistic excellence of Snowfall with a fourth season on FX.”
FX moreover renewed the Donald Glover comedy-drama hybrid Atlanta for Season 4 on Tuesday, with manufacturing on the beforehand launched third season, along with Season 4, set to start out this spring.
